Adat Vs Islam in my wedding...

Assalamualaikum~

Adat Vs Islam dalam perkahwinan...I think adat xla menyusahkan..yg menyusahkan is ourself..yg tlampau ikutkan adat..aigooo...dalam islam just ada akad & walimatulurus.. Alhamdulillah..for my wedding, our family agree utk x lebihkan adat..In my opinion, adat selalunya akan membabitkan pembaziran. I try utk bjimat utk majlis sbb hidup selepas kahwin lebih byk perlukan duit,.

for my wedding there is no:-

- tepung tawar
- hadrah
- berbalas hantaran
- berlulut (adat sarawak)
- orang menyanyi (karaoke)
- potong cake

If possible,i dont want to have pelamin in my wedding..but my future mom in law said, pelamin is just for ambik gbr kenangan utk majlis..in my wedding, i want our parents seat together in pelamin.

In my wedding there only have this :-

- pelamin
- berzikir
- qasidah

I just want my wedding will be bless by Allah SWT. Harap apa yg dirancang akan bjalan dgn lancar..InshaAllah..
